He possesses over 30 years of experience in the financial, securities and futures industries, including many transborder transactions. Mr. Lo was a member of Chicago Mercantile Exchange and International Monetary Market since 1986. He is the father of Mr. Lo, Rex Cze Kei, an executive Director of the Company. Mr. Lo is also the chairman and executive director of Vision Values Holdings Limited which is listed on the Stock Exchange. He formerly served as the deputy chairman and executive director of International Entertainment Corporation which is listed on the Stock Exchange until his resignation in June 2017. since 2014.
