Ms. Fundiswa RojiMaplanka serves as NonExecutive Independent Director of Mix Telematics Ltd. She is also Member of the Social and Ethics Committee of the Company. Previously, she was Independent NonExecutive Director of the Company from November 12, 2010 till February 8, 2013. She also served as Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. During her professional career, Ms. Roji was appointed as Director of investments at Kagiso Tiso Holdings Ltd and of several investee companies in the Kagiso Tiso Group. She was also previously Chairperson of Matrix Vehicle Tracking Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MiX Telematics, prior to its listing. She also sits on the Board of Focus on Youth, an NGO focusing on youth development. Ms. Roji qualified as a Certified Accountant in 2000 having served her articles with Ernst Young. She is Member of the African Women Chartered Accountants, an organization which encourages and supports the advancement of black women in the accountancy profession. She obtained a BCom and BCompt degrees. since 2017.
