Mr. Oxley has 24 years of experience in the boating industry, including eight years with the Company, following 16 years with Brunswick Corporationration Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Oxley was the Chief Financial Officer of Brunswicks Freshwater Boat Group from 2004 to 2006, the Chief Financial Officer of Brunswicks Sea Ray Boat Group from 2002 to 2004, and the Chief Financial Officer of Baja Marine Corporation from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Oxley was also the Director of Budgeting at the Sea Ray Boats Division from 1990 to 1998. Before Brunswick, he was a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP since 2012.
