Mr. Gregory B. Maffei serves as NonExecutive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Maffei has served as a member of our board of directors since 2011 and as our Chairman of the Board since 2013. Mr. Maffei has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Media Corporation since May 2007, Liberty Broadband Corporation since June 2014, and GCI Liberty, Inc. since March 2018. He has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. since July 2013. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Qurate from February 2006 until March 2018, having previously served as its CEOElect from November 2005 through February 2006. Prior thereto, Mr. Maffei served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle Corporation, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of 360networks Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft Corporation since 2013.
