Ms. Mimi Afzan Afza serves as Vice President People and Culture of the Company. Mimi joined Lynas in March 2008 as the Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining Lynas, Mimi spent 2 years at Mieco Manufacturing Sdn Bhd developing and executing the overall organisational Human Resources spectrum including talent management, compensation and benefits, continuous improvement and employee relations. She also handled the community and social responsibilities program. Mimi also has experience working for Malaysian Newsprint Industries for 8 years and moved to Hong Leong Corporationrationrate for another year. She was also instrumental in setting up the Human Resources Department, policies, procedures and culture for the Green Field Company.
