Mr. Roger Fulton serves as Executive Vice President Human Resources, General Counsel, Corporationrationrate Secretary of the Company. Mr. Fulton obtained his BA from McMaster University, his LLB from the University of Western Ontario and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1989. He joined Linamar in 2003 and is currently Executive Vice President Human Resources, General Counsel Corporationrationrate Secretary. Prior to Linamar, he worked for one of Canada largest steel producers as General Manager of Human Resources and Legal Affairs. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, project construction, financing, regulatory offences, labour employment, securities and litigation management since 2006.

Linamar Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Linamar's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Linamar inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Linamar. The board's role is to monitor Linamar's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
