Mr. James A. Valentine is the Senior Vice President, Senior Technical Officer of the Company. Mr. Valentine is the Chief Information Officer of John B. Sanfilippo Son, Inc. Mr. Valentine was employed by us since 1986 and in November 2006 was named our Chief Information Officer. He served as our Executive Vice President Information Technology from August 2001 to November 2006. Mr. Valentine served as Senior Vice President Information Technology from January 2000 to August 2001 and as Vice President of Management Information Systems from January 1995 to January 2000. Mr. Valentine is responsible for overseeing our information technology functions and managing cyber risks. since 2018.
