Mr. Braun also sits on the Board and is Chairman of the Audit Committee of Share our Strength, a nonprofit organization. Until April 2017 he served for 20 years on the Board of the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center and served terms as President of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Braun received his Certificate of Director Education through the National Association of Corporationrationrate Directors and is a member of KPMGs Audit Committee Institute. Mr. Braun is a former director of the GreenLife Organization and The Carbon Neutral Company . since 2003.
