John Boyer is Portfolio Manager at Voya Global Advantage
Mr. John V. Boyer is Independent Trustee of ING Global Advantage Premium Opportunity Fund. He was a Trustee of the Fund and a board member of other investment companies in the ING Funds Complex since 2005. He also has served as Chairperson of the Funds InternationalBalancedFixed Income Funds Investment Review Committee since 2006 and, prior to that, as Chairperson of the Funds Compliance Committee. Since 2008, Mr. Boyer was President of the Bechtler Arts Foundation for which, among his other duties, Mr. Boyer oversees all fiduciary aspects of the Foundation and assists in the oversight of the Foundations endowment portfolio. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt Institute and as Executive Director of The Mark Twain House Museum where he was responsible for overseeing business operations, including endowment portfolios. He also served as a board member of certain predecessor mutual funds of the ING Funds Complex . In addition to his undergraduate degree, Mr. Boyer has an MFA degree from Princeton University.
