Dr. Ralf Dujardin, Ph.D., is Vice President Marketing and Innovation of Imaflex Inc., with effect from July 1, 2013. Dr. Dujardin joins Imaflex after spending 26 years within the Bayer organization. Dr. Dujardin started his career with Bayer in 1986 as a polymer chemist. He was most recently Portfolio Manager and Senior Project Manager at Bayer Innovation GmbH in Germany. In this role, he was responsible for strategically building a portfolio of innovative products and intellectual property, which included active ingredient equipped plastics for the agriculture market. Prior to this role, Dr. Dujardin was Vice President Corporationrationrate Venturing and Business Development, where he managed a fund of approximately 25 million in selected material and life science investments since 2013.
