Mr. Stephen P. MacMillan is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to joining Pharmacia, Mr. MacMillan spent 11 years with Johnson Johnson in a variety of senior roles in both the U.S. and Europe, including as President of its consumer pharmaceuticals joint venture with Merck. Mr. MacMillan began his career with Procter Gamble in 1985. Mr. MacMillan currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Davidson College since 2015.
