In 2007, when Quest was acquired by Givaudan, he continued as European HR director before being appointed Head of Human Resources for the Fragrance Division in 2009. He holds Bachelors degree in Biology and Chemistry and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom. since 2017.
