Mr. Antonio Hugo Franck Cabrera serves as Independent Director of Fibra Uno Administracion, S.A. de C.V. since 2015. . He is an Independent Member of the Technical Committee. With more than 40 years of experience in corporate law, finance and securities, and has advised several companies in Mexico and abroad in mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships. He is President of the Legislative and Analysis Committee of the Business Coordinating Council and member of the Honor and Justice Commission of the Mexican Bar Association. In addition, he was a prominent academic and professor at the Escuela Libre de Derecho and the Universidad Iberoamericana. Law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana and postgraduate studies in Law from the University of Houston and Harvard University since 2015.
