Mr. Michael Xie is President, Chief Technology Officer and Director of Fortinet Inc. Prior to cofounding Fortinet, he has served as our President and Chief Technology Officer since November 2013 and as a member of our Board of Directors since February 2001. He previously served as our Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer after cofounding Fortinet in October 2000. Prior to cofounding Fortinet, he held positions as Vice President of Engineering for ServGate Technologies, Inc., a network security provider that was acquired by Amarium Technologies, Inc. in April 2006, Software Director and Architect for NetScreen and Senior Software Engineer for Milkyway Networks Corporationrationration, a network security solutions provider since 2013.
