Mr. Dennis J. McGillicuddy, J.D., is an Independent Director of the Company. He graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. degree and from the University of Florida Law School with a J.D. degree. In 1968, Mr. McGillicuddy cofounded Coaxial Communications, a cable television company. In 1998 and 1999, Coaxial sold its cable systems. Mr. McGillicuddy has served on the boards of various charitable organizations. He is currently president of the Board of Trustees of Florida Studio Theater, a professional nonprofit theater organization, and he serves as a CoChair, together with his wife, of Embracing Our Differences, an annual twomonth art exhibit that promotes the values of diversity and inclusion. Mr. McGillicuddy also is a director of AllStar Childrens Foundation, an organization engaged in creating a new paradigm for foster care. since 2002.
