Mr. William B. Cyr is the Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. He was a member of our Board of Directors and our Chief Executive Officer since September 2016. Before assuming his role at Freshpet, Mr. Cyr, served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunny Delight Beverages Co. from August 2004 to February 2016. Prior to joining SDBC, Mr. Cyr spent 19 years at Procter Gamble, where he ultimately served as the Vice President and General Manager of the North American Juice Business and Global Nutritional Beverages. Mr. Cyr serves as a Board and Executive Committee Member of the Grocery Manufacturers Association, a position he has held since 2002. Additionally, during his time as President and Chief Executive Officer of SDBC Mr. Cyr was a member of the Board of Directors of American Beverage Association from 2007 until 2016 and on the Executive Committee from 2012 to 2016. Mr. Cyr holds an A.B. from Princeton University. since 2016.

Freshpet Leadership Team
