Mr. Xu Xiaoliang is CoPresident, Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Xu joined the Group in 1998, and as at the end of the Reporting Period, he has also been the chairman of Yuyuan, a nonexecutive director of Zhaojin Mining, a director of Resource Property and Shanghai Foyo Culture Entertainment Co., Ltd. and the director of various companies within the Group.
