He also served as President of eHealth from December 1999 to March 2012. Prior to joining eHealth, Mr. Lauer was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MetaCreations Corporation from 1998 to December 1999. Prior to MetaCreations, Mr. Lauer spent more than nine years at Silicon Graphics, Inc., where he was a member of the senior executive team. Mr. Lauer started his career at International Business Machines Corporationration in sales and marketing management. Mr. Lauer has extensive operational and leadership experience as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of eHealth for more than sixteen years and as a former senior executive of several technology companies. since 2019.
