He was a Director of the Company since January 2002. Mr. Faust serves as a member of the Executive Committee established by the Companys Board of Directors. Mr. Faust is also a member of the Companys Executive Management Committee. Mr. Fausts extensive business and investment experience and his position as the Companys Chief Executive Officer led the Companys Board of Directors to conclude that Mr. Faust should serve as a Director. since 2007.
