Dr. Helen Frame Peters, Ph.D., is Independent Trustee of Eaton Vance TaxManaged Global BuyWrite Opportunities Fund. Ms. Peters has served as a member of the Eaton Vance Fund Boards since 2008 and is the Chairperson of the Portfolio Management Committee. Ms. Peters is currently a Professor of Finance at Carroll School of Management, Boston College and was formerly Dean of Carroll School of Management from 20002002. Ms. Peters was previously a Director of BJs Wholesale Club, Inc. from 20042011.
