Formerly, Mr. Segert served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Expert Global Solutions, Inc., a global leader in the business process outsourcing industry, leading the company through a significant repositioning and successful merger with Alorica in June 2016. At the time of the merger EGS was a 1.1 billion leader in the customer relationship management services industry, with over 43, 000 employees worldwide. From 2008 until its acquisition by OpenText Corporationration in January 2014, Mr. Segert served as President and Chief Executive Officer, and a director of GXS Worldwide, Inc., a leading global provider of businesstobusiness ecommerce and data integration services that simplify and enhance business process integration, data quality and compliance, and collaboration among businesses. since 2012.
