Ms. Mosley is a Director of Dynex Capital, Inc., a mortgage REIT, and also serves as a trustee or board member of several major nonprofit organizations and endowments, including Mass Ventures, a quasipublic earlystage investment corporation active in Massachusetts, and the PublicPrivate Partnership Infrastructure Commission in Massachusetts, which reviews publicprivate partnership options to pay for large infrastructure projects.
