Ms. Crowell currently serves on the board of directors of Dude Solutions Inc., a provider of facilities maintenance software, and was recently appointed to the board of directors of Hercules Capital, a specialty finance company, effective February 4, 2019. Ms. Crowell received an undergraduate degree in education from the University of Nevada at Reno. Ms. Crowells qualifications to serve on our Board include her experience as a senior executive and director of a public company and her experience in the technology industries. since 2016.
