Mr. Richard F. Hamm, Jr., is an Independent Director of the Company. Since July 2011, Mr. Hamm was the Managing Member of Siesta Properties LLC, a real estate development company. From January 2015 to May 2016, Mr. Hamm served as the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of LakewoodAmedex Inc., a drug discovery and development firm. He had been an Executive Vice President of Dendreon Corporation, a biotechnology company developing targeted therapies for the treatment of cancer, from December 2010 to June 2011 as well as its General Counsel and Secretary from November 2004 to June 2011. He also served as a Senior Vice President of Dendreon from November 2004 to December 2010. From April 2002 until November 2004, he was Deputy General Counsel and a Vice President of Medtronic, Inc., a medical technology company. From August 2000 to September 2009, Mr. Hamm was a member of the Board of Directors of Axsys Technologies Inc since 1998.
