Ms. Betsy D. Holden was appointed Director of the Company .she serves as director since 2018. Ms. Holden was a Senior Advisor to McKinsey Company, a global management consulting firm, since April 2007, working with clients in consumer goods, pharma and financial services on strategy, marketing and board effectiveness initiatives. Prior to that, Ms. Holden spent 25 years in marketing and line positions in consumer goods. From 2001 to 2003, she was CoChief Executive Officer of Kraft Foods and from 2000 to 2003, she was Chief Executive Officer of Kraft Foods North America. Additional positions at Kraft included President, Global Marketing and Category Development and Executive Vice President, with oversight of operations, IT, procurement, research and development, and marketing services, as well as multiple business unit President and line management assignments. Under her leadership, Kraft was a food industry leader in sales force excellence, new product successes and marketing and digital innovation. While at Kraft, Ms. Holden led the successful acquisition and integration of Nabisco Group Holdings and the subsequent initial public offering of the company. Ms. Holden serves on the executive committees of the Duke University Board of Trustees and the Global Advisory Board of the Kellogg School of Management. She is President of the Off the Street Club Board and is Treasurer of the Board of Chicago High School for the Arts since 2018.
