Dr. Fabozzi has authored and edited numerous books and research papers on topics in investment management and financial econometrics, and his writings have focused on fixed income securities and portfolio management, many of which are considered standard references in the investment management industry. Dr. Fabozzis longstanding service on the boards of the ClosedEnd Complex also provides him with a specific understanding of the Funds, their operations and the business and regulatory issues facing the Funds. In addition, Dr. Fabozzi joined as a member of the boards of the funds in the EquityLiquidity Complex, effective April 1, 2014. Moreover, Dr. Fabozzis knowledge of financial and accounting matters qualifies him to serve as a member of each Funds Audit Committee. Dr. Fabozzis independence from the Funds and the Funds investment advisor enhances his service as Chair of the Performance Oversight Committee and as a member of the Governance Committee and Leverage Committee.
