Mr. Phillip R. Watts is Co Principal Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. He was Principal Vice President CoPrincipal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Dillard, Inc. Watts led a U.S. delegation to Vienna, Austria, at the request of President Bush and Secretary of State Powell, to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Conference on Racism, Discrimination and Xenophobia and accompanied President Bush on his historic trip to Africa.
