Mr. Brandon OBrien was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial Officer of the Company, effective on October 1, 2018. Since April 1, 2017, Mr. OBrien was granted stock options for an aggregate of 9, 400 shares of common stock. Mr. OBrien will also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and additional discretionary option grants from time to time pursuant to the Companys stock option plan in effect at such time. Mr. OBrien will also be eligible to participate in the Companys standard employee benefit plans. since 2018.
