Mr. William E. Davis is a Independent Director of CONSOL Energy Inc. He has joined the CNX Board in January 2004. He currently serves as Chair of the Compensation Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee and HSE Committee. From November 2007 until December 2010, Mr. Davis was a Director of AbitibiBowater Inc., which produced a broad range of forest products marketed around the world, and served on its governance, finance and audit committees. Mr. Davis was a Director of Abitibi Consolidated Inc., which produced newsprint and commercial printing paper, from April 2003 to November 2007, and served on its audit and nominating and governance committees. Mr. Davis was also the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporationrationration, an electricity and natural gas utility located in upstate New York, from May 1993 to February 2002. Following the sale of Niagara Mohawk in February 2002, and until his retirement in April 2003, Mr. Davis served as Chairman of National Grid USA and as an Executive Director of National Grid, owner and operator of the electricity transmission network in England and Wales. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Metropolitan Development Foundation of Central New York until December 4, 2008. since 2004.

CNX Resources Corp Leadership Team
