Mr. Konstantinos Konstantakopoulos serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Costamare Inc. Mr. Konstantakopoulos is our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of our board of directors. Mr. Konstantakopoulos also serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Costamare Shipping, our head manager, which he wholly owns. He also controls, together with members of his family, Costamare Services, a service provider to our vesselowning subsidiaries. In 2005, Mr. Konstantakopoulos founded another of our managers, Shanghai Costamare, of which he is the controlling stockholder. Mr. Konstantakopoulos also owns, indirectly, 25 percent of CMan Maritime, a vessel manning agency which he founded in 2006 and indirectly owns 50 percent of Blue Net which provides chartering brokerage services to our as well as to third party vessels. Mr. Konstantakopoulos has served on the board of directors of the Union of Greek Shipowners since 2006
