Mr. Christopher A. Isaacson is Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of the Company. Previously he was our Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, a position he was appointed to upon the Companys acquisition of Bats. Prior to that, he served as Bats Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer since February 2014 and he has held other various senior leadership positions since 2005. Prior to being one of the founders of Bats, Mr. Isaacson was a software developer at Tradebot Systems, Inc. from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Isaacson serves on the board of directors of the OCC since 2019.

Elected by the shareholders, the Cboe Global's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Cboe Global inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Cboe.
