Mr. John Blood has served as General Counsel and Company Secretary of AnheuserBusch Inbev N.V. since August 1, 2017. He has also been Member of the Executive Committee of January 1, 2019. Previously, he was Member of the Executive Board of Management since August 1, 2017. He holds a bachelors degree from Amherst College and a JD degree from the University of Michigan Law School. John joined the Company in 2009 as VP Legal, Commercial and MA where he focused on global Mergers Acquisitions, Compliance and Corporationrationrate law. Most recently John was Zone VP Legal Corporationrationrate Affairs in North America where he has led the legal and corporate affairs agenda for the United States and Canada. Prior to joining the Company, John led the corporate and litigation teams in Diageo North American business where he had been primary counsel to its US hard liquor, wine and beer divisions over his tenure. since 2019.
