Dr. Hubbard serves as the Dean of Columbia Business School, has served as a member of the Columbia Faculty and as a Visiting Professor at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, the Harvard Business School and the University of Chicago. Dr. Hubbards experience as an adviser to the President of the United States adds a dimension of balance to the Funds governance and provides perspective on economic issues. Dr. Hubbards service on the boards of KKR Financial Corporationrationration, ADP and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company provides the Boards with the benefit of his experience with the management practices of other financial companies. Dr. Hubbards longstanding service on the boards of the ClosedEnd Complex also provides him with a specific understanding of the Funds, their operations, and the business and regulatory issues facing the Funds since 2007.
