Mr. Roberto Balls Sallouti serves as CoChief Executive Officer and Director of Banco BTG Pactual SA. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President, the Chief Operating Officer, Member of the Executive Board and a Member of the Board of Directors of the company. He was a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 2, 2012. He is also the Chief Operating Officer of BTG Pactual Participations. In addition, Mr. Sallouti is a Member of the Board of Directors of BTG Pactual Participations. Mr. Sallouti joined Banco BTG Pactual in 1994 and became a Partner in 1998. He also served as a Managing Director of Banco BTG Pactual from 2006 to 2008 and was the Joint Head of Emerging Markets Fixed Income Group and the Joint Head of the Latin America FICC group at UBS AG. During his career at Banco BTG Pactual, Mr. Sallouti served as Head of the International and Emerging Markets Fixed Income division from 2003 to 2006, and as joint head of Brazil local fixed income markets from 1999 to 2003 since 2016.
