Mr. Gilles Christian Gerard Pelisson has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TF1 within Bouygues S.A., since February 19, 2016. He is a graduate of ESSEC and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He began his career at the Accor group in 1983, where he notably served as Senior VicePresident for the AsiaPacific region, Managing Director of the Courtepaille restaurants and CoPresident of the Novotel hotel chain. He became CEO of Eurodisney in 1995 and Chairman and CEO in 1997, before joining the Suez group in 2000. He was appointed CEO of Bougues Telecom in 2001 and Chairman and CEO in 2004. He was appointed CEO of the Accor group in 2006 and then Chairman and CEO, a position he held until January 2011. He launched the Accor Foundation in 2008. A Director of TF1 since 2009 and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee of TF1 since 2013, Gilles Pelisson was appointed Chairman and CEO of TF1 in February 2016. His currently held positions outside the Group include Founding Chairman and Director of Fondation Gerard Gilles Plisson and Director of Accenture PLC . since 2016.
