Mr. Thomas M. Hagerty is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Hagerty has served on Black Knights board of directors since December 2014 and served on the board of managers of BKFS LLC from January 2014 until our IPO in 2015. In addition, Mr. Hagerty has served as a director of FNF since 2005. Mr. Hagerty is a Managing Director of THL, which he joined in 1988. Mr. Hagerty currently serves as a director of FNF, FleetCor Technologies and Ceridian HCM Holdings, Inc. Mr. Hagerty formerly served on the boards of First Bancorp, MoneyGram International and FIS. Mr. Hagerty is also a director of DB, which is privately held. Mr. Hagertys qualifications to serve on our board of directors include his managerial and strategic expertise working with large growth oriented companies as a Managing Director of THL, a leading private equity firm, and his experience in enhancing value at such companies, along with his expertise in corporate finance. since 2014.

Black Knight Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Black Knight's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Black Knight inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Black.
