Ms. Egan brings to the Boards a broad and diverse knowledge of investment companies and the retirement industry as a result of her many years of experience as President, Retirement Plan Services, for T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and her various senior operating officer positions at Fidelity Investments, including her service as Executive Vice President of FMR Co., President of Fidelity Institutional Services Company and President of the Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund. Ms. Egan has also served as an advisor to the U.S. Department of Treasury as an expert in domestic retirement security. Ms. Egan began her professional career at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Ms. Egan is also a director of UNUM Corporationrationration, a publicly traded insurance company providing personal risk reinsurance, and of The Hanover Group, a public property casualty insurance company. since 2016.

Blackrock Multi Sector Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Blackrock Multi's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Blackrock Multi inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Blackrock.
