He served as Executive Committee Member, COO of the Company between January 2010 and October 2017. Having more than 18 years of professional experience in various executive positions at Gima, Turkeys first organized retail chain, Aykac started to work for BIM in 1997 as Purchasing Director. He became the Chairman of the Operations in November 2007, Aykac is currently the Chairman of the Operations Committee, and Member of the Executive Committee . In Retail Sun Awards, the most prestigious awards of the retail sector, he received The Most Successful Professional Manager in 2010 Award.
