Mr. Timothy J. Hogben is Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He is the Chief Operating Officer of the Australian Securities Exchange . This incorporates compliance with licensing conditions, execution of the organisations business strategy and delivering service excellence to customers. In addition to this he has responsibility for providing clearing and settlement services to ChiX Australia, National Stock Exchange and Asia Pacific Exchange . Mr Hogben has a thorough understanding of the operational, technical and regulatory complexities that drive trading, clearing and settlement from both a stock exchange and market user perspective. This was formed through considerable experience in service delivery, operational workflows, system development, control environments and managing 1 in 20 year events, plus roles as an investment accountant, senior analyst and in general management with a number of financial institutions in Australia. More recently Tim was exploring next generation technologies such as digital assets, distributed ledgers and block chain for potential use in financial services. Tim is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, Australia Institute of Company Directors, Australian Institute of Management and Financial Services Institute of Australia . since 2017.
