Prior to moving to the United Kingdom Richard worked for Goodman Property Trust and Trust Investment Management Limited in New Zealand. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Auckland. since 2018.

Precinct Properties New Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Precinct Properties' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Precinct Properties inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Precinct. The board's role is to monitor Precinct Properties' management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
