Mr. Claude Thibault serves as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. Mr. Claude Thibault is the Senior VicePresident and Chief Financial Officer of Alithya, a position he has held since August 2018 when he joined Alithya. Before joining Alithya, he was the Chief Financial Officer of DCM Group Inc. from 2015 to 2018, of NuEra International Inc. from 2007 to 2015 and of Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Thibault also held various positions at KPMG from 1986 to 1994 and was a VicePresident in the investment banking group of Midland Walwyn Capital Merrill Lynch Canada from 1994 to 1998 since 2018.

Alithya Group Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Alithya's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Alithya inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Alithya.
