Mr. Turchin also serves as a trustee for the Turchin Family Charitable Foundation. Mr. Turchin serves as a Manager of the Board of Managers of Easton Development Company, LLC, a subsidiary of Aerojet Rocketdyne. Mr. Turchins considerable experience in the real estate industry and service as a director of public companies provides the board with valuable expertise in real estate matters and experience in advising companies. Mr. Turchin currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Corporationrationrate Governance Nominating Committee. since 2008.
