Mr. Nicholas John Swenson is director of the Company, Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has served as as a director of the Company since August 2012 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors since August 2013. In October 2013, Mr. Nick Swenson was appointed as the interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in February 2014. Mr. Nick Swenson is also the managing member of AO Partners, LLC which is the general partner of AO Partners I, L.P., an investment fund. Mr. Nick Swenson served as a portfolio manager and partner of Whitebox Advisors, LLC, an investment management firm, from September 2001 until February 2009 since 2014.
