In October 2013, Mr. Nick Swenson was appointed as the interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in February 2014. Mr. Nick Swenson is also the managing member of AO Partners, LLC which is the general partner of AO Partners I, L.P., an investment fund.
