Mr. Kingsley has served as Chairman of AgeX parent company BioTime, Inc. since 2009 and Chairman of OncoCyte Corporationration since 2009. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Asterias Biotherapeutics, having served as the companys Chairman from 2012 to 2016
