Mr. Jonathan C. Chadwick is an Independent Director of the Company. He served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at VMware, Inc., a virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions company, from November 2012 to April 2016. Prior to VMware, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Skype, an internet communications company, and as a corporate vice president of Microsoft Corporation after its acquisition of Skype in October 2011. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Chadwick served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McAfee, Inc., a security technology company. From 1997 to 2010, he held various finance roles at Cisco Systems, Inc. a provider of communications and networking products and services. Mr. Chadwick currently serves on the board of directors of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporationrationration, an IT business provider, F5 Networks, Inc., an application networking delivery company, and Tanium, a security and systems management company. Mr. Chadwick also previously worked for Coopers Lybrand LLP in various accounting roles in the U.S. and the U.K since 2016.
