Ms. Karole R. MorganPrager is the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Secretary of Blackline Inc. Ms. MorganPrager has served as our Chief Legal Officer since May 2015 and as our Secretary since August 2015 and was named Chief Legal and Administrative Officer in October 2016. Prior to joining us, Ms. MorganPrager served as General Counsel and Corporationrationrate Secretary of McClatchy Company, a newspaper and internet publisher, from July 1995 to May 2015. She was named Vice President of The McClatchy Company in May 1998 and Vice President, Corporationrationrate Development in May 2012. From November 1992 to June 1995, Ms. MorganPrager served as Associate General Counsel for The Times Mirror Company, a newspaper publishing company that was acquired by Tribune Co. From October 1987 to October 1992, Ms. MorganPrager was an Associate with the law firm Morrison Foerster, working on corporate securities matters since 2015.
