Ms. Debra A. Cafaro is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Ventas, Inc. She was our Chief Executive Officer and a director since 1999 and Chairman of the Board since 2003. She also served as our President from 1999 to November 2010. She is the Chair Elect of the Real Estate Roundtable and serves on the Executive Committee of the Boards of the Real Estate Roundtable and the Economic Club of Chicago. She is an owner and member of the Management Committee of the Pittsburgh Penguins, a National Hockey League team since 2010.
