Mr. Thomas H. Caudle, Jr., is the Principal Executive Officer President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Caudle is the President, Director of the Company. He has served as President of Unifi since April 2016. Previously, he was Vice President of Manufacturing of the Company from October 2006 to April 2016 and Vice President of Global Operations of the Company from April 2003 until October 2006. Mr. Caudle joined Unifi in 1982 and, since that time, has served in a variety of other leadership roles, including Senior Vice President in the charge of manufacturing for the Company and Vice President of Manufacturing Services. Mr. Caudles more than 30 years of experience with Unifi give him a comprehensive knowledge of the Company and the textile industry. He also brings important managerial and operational expertise to the Board. since 2017.
