Mr. Christian Guillemot serves as Director and Executive Vice President of Administration at Ubisoft Entertainment SA. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AMA SA, which he cofounded in 2004 with his brothers. AMA SA, which is enjoying rapid growth, specializes in the Internet of things, and over the past few years has become a world leader in new uses in the field of telehealth and remote help using connected eyeglasses. Like his brothers, Mr. Christian Guillemot is passionate about innovation and emerging trends, and is also involved in the creation of the French Tech digital accelerator program. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Guillemot Brothers SE, the family holding company of the Guillemot group. He cofounded Ubisoft in 1986. He brings to the Board 30 years of experience in the videogame industry. Mr. Guillemot managed the creation, consolidation and integration of international subsidiaries for Ubisoft and played a leading role when the company listed on the stock exchange in 1996. Mr. Christian Guillemot graduated from the European Business School of London. Within Ubisoft group he is also Director of Ubisoft Nordic AS . He holds also various positions outside the Ubisoft group including General Manager of Guillemot Administration et Logistique SARL, Executive Vice President and Director of Guillemot Corporation SA and Chairman of Guillemot Brothers SAS, among others.
